With the 12^th amendment of the German Medicines Act until now only the ICH-GCP guideline and the EU directive 2001/29/EG, which are based upon recommendations, are mandatory for clinical trials in Germany. Already one year later, in September 2005, the 14^th amendment of the German Medicines Act was passed. Concerning this, you will get an overview during the workshop over the changes, which result from the amendments of the German Medicines Act for clinical trials, and discuss the first experiences from the practice with the seminar instructors.
